This tour takes you to the metropolises of Germany and its eastern neighbors. Travel from Munich, the capital of Bavaria, to Mozart´s birthplace, Salzburg. Spend two nights in imperial Vienna before continuing to the “Golden City” of Prague. Admire the striking skyline of Dresden, enjoy cosmopolitan Berlin and visit Leipzig, the “City of Heroes”. Conclude this tour in the charming medieval town of Nuremberg.

Day 1 Munich

Day 3 Munich - Salzburg

Make your own way to the train station where you board a train for Salzburg (travel time: 1:45 hours). Arrival in Salzburg where you make your own way to the hotel. In the afternoon you’ll explore the city on a private 2-hour walking city tour. Overnight stay.

Day 4 Salzburg - Vienna

Make your own way to the train station where you board a train for Vienna (travel time: 2:45 hours). Arrival in Vienna (Westbahnhof) where you make your own way to the hotel. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 5 Vienna

To give you a first overview on the city join on a regular city tour with audio guides. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 6 Vienna - Prague

Make your own way to the central train station (Wien Simmering) where you board a train for Prague (travel time: 5 hours). Arrival in Prague where you make your own way to the hotel. Enjoy a free afternoon in Prague. Overnight stay.

Day 7 Prague

In the morning you’ll enjoy a regular city tour with audio guides. You can use the ticket 24 hours or just enjoy a free afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 8 Prague - Dresden

Make your own way to the train station where you board a train for Dresden (travel time: 2:30 hours). Arrival in Dresden where you make your own way to the hotel. In the afternoon you’ll explore the city on a private 2-hour walking city tour. Overnight stay.

Day 9 Dresden - Berlin

Make your own way to the train station where you board a train for Berlin (travel time: 2:15 hours). Arrival in Berlin where you make your own way to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 12 Leipzig - Nuremberg
